Create Graphic Design for Community Identity - Entrance Signage / Banner Skills that relate to the project: • Graphic Design • Banner Design • Logo Design • Corporate Identity • Branding Describe your project in detail: "Cloverdale Overlook" needs a sign design which will be subsequently printed and mounted at the entrance of our neighborhood. A photo is attached to show the location. The sign will be inset into the central gazebo. The measurements are 46" wide by 25" tall at a dpi suitable for printing i.e. 200 - 300dpi. A layered psd file and jpeg is required for delivery on final acceptance. The sign will include the featured community name, "Cloverdale Overlook" and smaller subsidiary wording at the bottom, "A Private Community". The text should be positioned to the top two-thirds of the height due to the plantings near and around the base. To afford this project and to be reasonable for our HOA expenses, we are willing to let the designer place there own logo in a discrete corner of the sign claiming that they're the designer. We plan to print this on vinyl board and mount it underneath Plexiglas to protect from weather and other damage. The winning bid will incorporate uniqueness and a branding that will bolster pride in the community. This branding should easily translate to a website banner or letterhead. Some phrases that describe the community: natural, trees, pine trees, adjacent to park, privacy in front and back, friendly, neighborly, clean, elegant, clovers, Virginia, etc… Attached are some amateur examples but you are free to be as best as you can be. The gazebo under roof wood color is a cream.
