I need someone, who can be able, do design a character, as maybe a logo of my soon to be released site.
My site is a music/video/forum portal, and person needs to design something like that.
Im looking for somewhat 'chibi' look. It needs to be somewhat cute. Like this link:

I need something along the lines of this. I need the designer to make a girl, that is that same amount of cuteness. I will need some demos relating to anime/manga creations as well as personal original design work with characters.
The character would need to be designed doing various stuff and poses, for each page preferably. Lets say the music page, has her, sitting down or lying down and listening to something in her earphones/headphones. And for faq page or submitting info, a pic of her with tongue out and writing something at the table etc... Hope you get what i mean.
Please show me your anime/manga creations, and we may be able to discuss something. A site of yours would be also great.
