I wish to bid and work on this project. Guide will be created that include graphics/visuals that effectively convey intended information and details. I'm a professional technical writer with significant experience in developing and managing training manuals and many internal guides (mostly processes and task-based documentations). I believe that such previous experiences help - though I understand that this project is unique and different. Furthermore, I have teaching experience and have worked on instructional materials closely similar to what you require. Initially, my proposed plan is to watch the video and note important points to come up with a list of major topics, subtopics and then later come up with list of learning goals / objectives per topic. I can't be very specific yet but what I mean is that, as "student" I watch the video and learn but I would also need to watch the video as "teacher" and identify the "what the students will learn". With that, I can then create effective guide based on the video (guide that can stand alone but does not going "more" nor "less" the original video course.
