develop a poker software texas hold'em. Omaha or 7 card stud

I am looking for someone, individual or small company to develop a poker software. Like the software in the poker tables only not for casino use. Video game ,and dont need a security It should include: 1) Game server 2) Poker client 2 to 10 terminals. With touch screen or mouse. 3) Admin panel. 4) Central display for the action of the play , I am focused primarily on texas hold'em. Omaha or 7 card stud would be ok as well, but not necessarily. The game . the community cards are displayed on a large screen in the center of the table. Each player has a screen in front of them that displays their two hole cards, their chips and buttons for any actions they want to make during the hand. There is also a button to “confirm” your action so you don’t mistakenly fold or go all in if you are playing a no limit game that has the following characteristics, multi player 10 players in a local network, central action monitor, each of the ten player has individual action system, take a varriable rake 2 % to 10 %, an administrating system to add or take out points to induvidual players, similar to the function of an electronic poker table but eliminateing the money charging system and making it more easy with one administration terminal. The hands are dealt electronically and the community cards are displayed on a large screen in the center of the table. When the cards are dealt the player’s hole cards appear face down on their screen. When a player cups his hand over the screen the hole cards peel up to reveal their hole cards. When the players hand is removed the cards appear face down again out of view from other players. Some of the features should be: - No limit, texas hold'em - Setting up parameters for each table - 2 min/max 10 players, rake, time to play, speed of the game .etc. - Ring games, Sit and Go - Registering players from the admin panel - If the server crashes in the middle of the game, there must be a recovery policy - Using a touch scrren monitors for each player or mouse option. - The admin should be able to setup automatic bonuses - cash, redeemable, etc. - It will be great if it can serve as like a poker room. can bring their players to play and take of the rake. I can go with much more details, but at this point I am looking for a already developed software, so I guess it will have much more features and we will see how they fit the requirements.
