AV chat app built in flex

Looking to build an AV chat app using flex and ideally with an MVC framework. I would like to expand the app with more functionality later and be able to use AIR in the near future. Detailed user accounts (name, extension #, department, job description, phone number, etc) Dynamic rooms tree list showing (in order) Division > Department > Groups > offices. Must be able to show user status in an avatar or label color and be dynamically updated. Tree can be a collapsible tree made from scratch as flex may have some issues with its built in tree control Admn controls for base rooms setup, server setup, video timers, permissions (can be grouped into rigid classifications for simplicity), user admin, etc Search feature to find users by name, extension, department, etc. the ability to connect to the found user A flexible layout (in a popup window) that allows floating video panels, chat panels, audio/video controls, whisper chat panels, search panel, etc A message feature for users to leave text message, Audio message, Audio/video message File upload feature A "door Knock" feature to let users know someone is calling them... this can also be in the form of an incoming call panel. I have a detailed list of functionality needed. Just PM me. I am fine with exploring chat apps that are already out there but from what I have seen most of them are written in older languages and I would like to take advantage of the Flash runtime for compatibilty.
