Design in Flash

I am looking for help converting a set of videos to Adobe Animate format, so that I can use them as HTML5 animations. Here is one example of the kind of video I need to convert: [login to view URL] I have a few questions: * Is there anything about this video that you could not do in Adobe Animate? If so, what? * What would this type of translation cost? (We would start with a single video, but we have 10-20 to do if the first project goes well.) * What kind of turnaround time can we expect in general?
