Customize Flash Page Template

I need someone to add all necessary Flash scripts for this template: [login to view URL], and customize it with my information. Minor redesidning is necessary (like moving some objects around and replacing some picture space with MS Word document links; adding external URLs). I will provide pictures of all necessary changes. The anticiapted product is a completed web-page, fully operational, and ready for uploading. I will pay in US dollars at once upon job completion.
