designer talent expert, flash/photoshop/designer pro skill

hello, i need a great and talented designer to join my team. i need a tallented person, who is able to design beautiful website, and is also able to make a logo moving in flash. and you must be able to create custom navigation bars and buttons for custom websites. this is the job: i have a logo created, and i want to have a small flash intro on the website with that logo. so you must create a nice intro with the logo, that it moves intro screen and disappears and shabam.
