Creative Online Portfolio - build, design, post online.

hello web people.. i have my creative portfolio of work that i want to put online. it's a mix of images and video. im looking for a one-stop solution. one person to design and upload and put it all online. this is the site i want to use a template/reference: [login to view URL] i want simplicity, minimal - attention to detail (as per the reference) i will give you a very detailed brief, but my site will require something similar to this template, i have around 22pages in my portfolio - each will need to be designed in a uniform way (i will supply all files, images and copy). i'll require it in flash, and i want it to be slick and very simple and fast to operate. needs to be mac friendly. i want to work with someone that has a STRONG SENSE OF CONTEMPORARY GRAPHIC DESIGN, someone that has attention to detail, and someone that is easy to deal with. im not in any rush to finish this job in 24 hours, i would rather it be done properly. we have upto around 10 days to finish the job thankyou, and i look forward to hearing from you. cheers
