Convert iStock Video files into FLASH?

I am in need to embed some of the movies available on iStock (such as the one listed below) into a webpage. I however would love for these to have as small of a footprint as possible.

Can you tell me what options do i have? Can you convert these movies that i will purchase into something that can be embedded into a WebPage with a smallest footprint?
