Armoured Dragon

I need someone to design an armoured dragon for me that will be put as the title entry page to my website. The dragon will have black skin wearing silver-white armour on its head main body and tail. The dragon needs to be standing on all fours jaws beared breathing fire on a village with people running away. The face and jaws has to be firece, the colour of its eyes I leave too your imagination so long as the colour of its eyes matches the atmosphere of the picture. The dragon is standing on an open plane with hills behind it scattered with pine trees. The sky is cloudy and dark with lightening flashiing above and show the silouettes of five other dragons (but spread them out accross the sky and don't show them flying in line, show some closer than others) flying in the direction of the dragon on the ground, to help people see them better you can make their eyes glow the same colour as the one on the ground but the darkened atmosphere must not inhibit the viewers ability to see the detail of the ground and that of the dragon attacking the village and the foilage behind it. I need a heading near the top of the page to say (Posting of contact details is prohibited by Freelancer.com). All the letters need to be in capitals. The interior of the letters needs to represent the skin colour of the dragon and the outerlayer of each letter needs to represent the armour colour of the dragon, then I want flames to rise behind the title and all around the letters like a back ground and only show this behind the title (Posting of contact details is prohibited by Freelancer.com). I would also like an enter site link to be created that matches the picture and incoporated it into the picture so that it would allow people to enter the site once they clicked it. I also need a logo to be drawn and this can be the head of the dragon or a minuture drawn armoured dragon, whatever you believe would look better to represent the site.
