AKIV - Creative Web-design needed

I am looking for a very creative web-designer to design a website for a horse-back riding club. The layout must be very creative and playful. I don't want someone who will give me copies of ready made templates found on the web. This has to be unique. Some flash components in the template are required to give a feeling of freshness and playfulness. ex: a small cartoon horse that grasses on the bottom of the site and lifts his when the mouse rolls over it. I want you to come up with your own ideas and thoughts and not just wait to be told what to do. The website must also include sound effects for menu or loading. I want someone with creative ideas and a strong portfolio to prove it. Please place your bid considering that you will be asked to do one psd design (with any changes needed) + the html/css of the home page only. However keep in mind that you should propose something to change within each page. ex: the main photo of the template changes in each page.
