Banners (several sizes for carsale-related website

For a carrelated website, I need banners in the following sizes, both flash and static.
Logo is already there, may need some tuning for fixing in right size for the banners.
Requested sizes :
. 120 x 600 (skyscraper)
. 336 x 280 (large rectangle)
. 300 x 250 (medium rectangle)
. 88 x 31 (micro bar)
. 125 x 125 (square button)
. 180 x 150 (rectangle )
. 234 x 60 (half banner)
. 468 x 60 (banner)
. 728 x 90 (leaderboard)
I would like a set as gif-banners and a set as flash banners.
The idea for the flash banners is that the wheels (tyres) in the logo spin in the banner.
Further all suggestions are welcome.
I need to approve 1 banner first and when approved, create the other sizes.
I need to see samples for approval first before I will make payment.
When the cooperation appears to be fruitfull there will be other websites I need banners for as well.
