Create animated banners from .psd designs

Hi, I have some .psd designs for a banner that I'd like to have converted in animated banners that comply with the Google requirements: [login to view URL] I'd like to have three different banners in the following sizes: 250 x 250 square 200 x 200 small square 300 x 250 inline rectangle 336 x 280 large rectangle 160 x 600 wide skyscraper (I'd like to have all sizes both in animated GIF and in Flash, please make sure the banners are small enough to use in the Google display network) The three designs I made all consist of three 'slides': the first slide is different (concept 1a, 1b, 1c), the second (concept 2) and third slide (concept 3) are the same for all three banners. See my attached files. The animations you use should be attractive, please don't overdo it (no bouncing logo's ands stuff like that). Please send me some examples of earlier work. Thanks in advance!
