+ Collect information and produce report on specific matters upon request.
+ Organize/conduct/join in meetings as per Chairman/CEO request. Prepare meeting materials. Produce meeting minutes, keep eyes on its performance, prompt relevant parties and report to Chairman/CEO.
+ Draft documents approved by Chairman/CEO and ensure their enforcement.
+ Produce yearly, quarterly, monthly and weekly report on overall corporate operation and business results.
+ Oversee overal business operation and come up with recommendations.
