Hello,
I have following project:
1. Task: Deleting about 700 Leads with wrong email address:
1. Copy the email adress from the email attachment
2. Go to vtiger ([login to view URL])
3. Log in with log in datas you got from us
4. Click menu button „Leads“
5. Paste email adress in email text box
6. Push enter
7. Delete Lead
2. Task: Delete about 2000 Leads with same email adress
1. Go to vtiger ([login to view URL])
2. Log in with log in datas you got from us
3. Click menu button „Leads“
4. Click „actions“ > find duplicates
5. Choose „Email“ in „Available Fields“
6. Click „Find duplicates“
7. Wait…
8. Delete all duplicates of same email adress with the smaller „record id“ till one is left
9. At the end only one lead of each email adress should be left over
It is a very simple project.
