I've been working as Finance and Accounting professional since 2007. When it comes to data entry and data processing, I believe that my experiences and skills qualify me for consideration. I used to work with a lot of data ranging from hundreds to thousands, doing copying then pasting from one system to another, from MS Offices to a system, and from PDF to Excel or Software. I also lead a team of Data Encoders during one of my past projects as part of ERP team. My task was to make sure that the data from old system are transferred smoothly and accurately to new system. That was zero tolerance policy, meaning there would be no room for errors. As accounting professional, accurate data must always be recorded or entered to softwares, MS Offices, and other system or documents. I'm also good at MS Excel because as accounting professional we always use excel. I know a lot of Excel formulas such as Vlookup, Hlookup, Sumif, if, Countif, Countblank, etc. I even know a lot of keyboard shortcuts that can shorten the amount of time in using excel and can also minimize errors and usage of mouse.
