Modify PDF to enter details from specific word or excel file

We use a specific PDF file which we enter the details by copying and pasting from a Word document. The document can also be an excel file (all attached). We use the NDO Template as our template to copy the information in the Results Word File (Highlighted in Yellow) to make up the NDO Results Example. The objective is to transfer the required information from either the Word document or if easier the Excel document into the Template in one easy step. Other issue we have with the Template is when adding text the Default font is Minion Pro 12 and we change this to Arial 10.
