I'll like to hire someone who is able to help me complete the project. Detail as following for stand alone program; 1. Must have a log in page with department, username, password and forget password function. It will be a multi access level. 2. It have a page to show user of all the information that he need. More detail will be share. 3. Must have a function to create New NCR and CCR as well as Update for both. Add new user base on access level. 4. Must be able to view chart such as pivot. User can choose what are the information that need for the chart. 5. Must have a back-end control. More detail will be share. 6. Must have a admin to control everything and etc. Please bidding within the budget. Thanks.

I have developed various software programs using Excel and Access VBA for a Canadian airline, during my engineering internship there. From working experience, I would recommend creating this application in Access instead of Excel. It will be easier to manage and will have more of a "software program" look to it as well. Since I am a student, I will only be able to work on it during this upcoming weekend. But it should not take more than a day or two to complete this as I have ample working experience with Access. I can also do this project in Excel if you want and should again take only a day or two. Let me know if you're interested!
