Create an Excel Macro (VBA) to sort data automatically.

We have a spreadsheet that comes out of our website that we would like to have reorganized automatically using an Excel Macro. Basically columns will need to be copied over in the correct order and then sorted.
I have attached two files, registration_data_before ([url removed, login to view]) is what it looks like when it comes out of the site and registration_data_after ([url removed, login to view]) is how we want it to look. The data sets may not have the same information but you can get the idea of what we want from the column headers. I have also attached a Column Mapping ([url removed, login to view]) File to show which columns we want to go where.
The client would like a simple button in the ribbon or in the toolbar to activate this change.
They would basically copy and paste the data into the file with the macro and then click the button to activate the macro. The column organization would then be done, the rows should be sorted, and the macro would ask them where they want to save the file and supply a default filename for them to use so they don't have to type it in.
For the Level Column they would like just the number. In the before data you may see: “Level 3 Recreational” but they want just “3”.
Column Organization should reflect the After file.
Row Sorting should be first by Payment (Col L.) showing Incomplete first, then pending, then complete. Secondary row sorting should be by Team Name (Col. A).
File save as name should start with the word registration, then pull the Event Name (col. N) from the original spreadsheet and then add the date that the macro was run (today's date). For example, with the before file attached the event name in col. N is 2016 Reno Memorial Day (always the same in each file - file is exported from the website by event). In this case the default save as filename would be "[url removed, login to view]" (the date the file was run through the macro being 2-12-16).
The data pasted into the macro should not be allowed to be saved. The saving of the file will be done by the macro. In other words, the macro file should be read only.
I just uploaded an updated Before file.
Basically, I changed the code and it looks like it is exporting Gender and Grade correctly now. It all goes into Col X (i.e. Boys 7th, Girls 12th, etc.). I have uploaded an new column mapping as well.
The items in Col X will need to be split apart and put into separate columns. I believe they can be split on the space to get the gender and the grade level separated.
This new column X data may be blank at times so we don't want the Macro to break if it can't find a space to split the data on.
