Good day I have over 7 years of experience creating and administrating databases using MS Access. In this time I have created databases from membership database through to manage Service Level Agreements for customers. From these databases to provide not only input forms, but also to provide executive level reports. Through the inbuilt dashboard function in MS Access I can create an easy to use, but functional frontend page for all of the needs that you require. This includes: Rates - Statically set information that you can adjust and then is applied per Tenant on any scale that you require. Tenancy fees - Through parameters set can determine all the fees applicable for a tenant All billing items - A table created with relationships to a list of tenants and any other billable entity. Bills printing - Through the reports and query writing you can print on demand for any tenant that you require. Application of payments - Provide a set guideline of what is needed from a payment structure and then mathematical determine from this what is needed. Statistics can then be pulled from all of the above information. I have also experience in Statistic writing and Power BI to provide powerful, but easy to use reports.
