Location: Golden Valley, MN 55422
Contract: 6 months, full time
Shift: First shift 8:30am – 5:00pm
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for people with SAP experience and people with customer service/call center background who can handle a very fast paced environment and are able to multi-task.
The Customer Service Associate is responsible for ensuring all customer needs and expectations are met. They are expected to manage orders throughout each day by working with Planners, Demand Management, and the distribution centers to make sure orders ship per customer requirements. This is a high volume, face paced environment.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Prepare orders for customers daily while answering requests via the telephone and email.
Understand SAP’s advanced features and be able to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Look for ways to improve Customer Care processes. Drive initiation and follow through to implementation.
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Additional Qualifications:
One year experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Minimum of 1 year of SAP experience required
1 – 2 + years of customer service experience
BS in Business, or related degree preferred
1-2 years of call center experience preferred
High proficiency with Excel is preferred
