Custom the excel File using VBA

On the Invoice Work Sheet: 1. Change the entire worksheets color to Black 2. Invoice Numbers should be auto generated starting from 1101 3. When you select payment terms it should automatically give due date in the bottom (Ref Point 6) or Sales Rep, it should automatically give you due date. Note: Payment Terms, Sales rep details available on ‘customer’ worksheet that should be automatically filled on drop down while creating Invoice 4. Columns in Invoice: [Product Descriptions] [Price][Order Quantity] [Shipped quantity][Extended Price] -Remove the Tax Columns 5. Add table below the description section (Remove Other Comments Filled section), which has 6 Rows and Two Columns to reflect the tax amounts for the Invoice Fed Tax: State Tax: Tax3: Tax4: Tax5: Tax6: 5. On the Bottom: Due date Box on the Left with Bold and Little Bigger Fonts on same line with Total Amount due 6. Add Box where we can enter Misc Charges If any which should auto sum to total 7. Add Footer text: We Appreciate your business with us! On the Summary Work Sheet: 1. Invoices Posted to Summary should be Viewable to edit in future 2. Create a Column, which has drop down box on the Summary, which has such as Options (Paid, Cancelled, Refunded), which can reflect on the Invoices. 3. Search on summary work sheet using customer name or Invoices Grouped in Companies 4. Pop up Alert on All Invoices due in Next 3 days and Past due dates 5. Access & update the file from multiple locations using Google or any cloud source. On the Items Work Sheet: 1. Columns Needed -Buy Price - Sell Price -Fed Tax, State Tax, Tax1, Tax2,Tax3,Tax4,Tax5,Tax6 – Manual entry for every product. Which should automatically added to Invoice when that items are selected Note: Some Items may not have Fed Tax or other Taxes. On the New Work sheet 1. Month to date analysis 2. Year to Date 3.
