Convert Numbers (mac) document for use in Excel

I have created an illustrator file in Numbers which looks really nice, but need my team to be able to use it in Excel. The problem is that numbers has lots of tables on one sheet, and when you convert this to excel, it puts each table on a separate tab. What i need in excel, is one input tab, several tabs that are used for workings, then the final illustrator which is a graphical 2 page landscape document that pulls in various fields from the workings tabs. The illustrator needs to be able to print to PDF and emailed out to clients. The illustrator has a dynamic pie chart and a bar chart that changes depending on the input fields. Works well in Numbers but not too nice in Excel. The whole document will need to be able to be edited as and when. The calculations are straightforward but there are a lot as its an accounting illustrator. I can supply the Numbers file. Also, i will need the Numbers file to be able to be used still on an iPad, to show and email to clients, so might need some rebuilding to do that. Thanks J
