create spreadsheet for RC retaining wall design to British Standard

The task is to create MS Excel spreadsheet for RC retaining wall design to BS8002. A good example of calculation steps can be found in CSC Tedds software, and two printouts are attached for your information only. Also attached is a spreadsheet listing all required user input cells. VBA is not allowed. The spreadsheet is to include only one tab, is to be comprehensive and easy to use. Diagram (showing retaining wall cross section) should be ideally included but this is not essential for this project. Tedds free trial version includes this calculation should this be of any help. Make sure to double check your results. Note: you must have experience in developing structural engineering spreadsheets to be considered. You will have to follow BS8002 and BS8110 and use engineering software yourself, you will NOT be give a set of equations. The spreadsheet must work correctly, the results will be checked with Tedds software or similar. You are expected to be able to deliver error free spreadsheet with no supervision in the time as per your bid. Any errors in calculations will result in a lower feedback, so make sure there are no errors. This spreadsheet should be completed in maximum three weeks from now. If you have not bid on one of my previous projects then make sure to send a PDF file of your most recent spreadsheet so that I know that you have adequate experience. If you worked for me before (or are working at present) then feel free to bid on this project as well. By bidding for this project you agree that you will transfer all rights to the created spreadsheet to me - so that I have not problems with officially using the spreadsheet etc. You will have to sign a non-disclosure agreement where you agree to this (e.g. that you will not give away, sell, pass on etc anything that you create under this project). This is one of a several spreadsheets that I need developing in the nearest months (already had several developed on freelancer.com).
