I want to have Excel 2007 Add-In, which has three buttons (Load & Save & Config).
**I will provide the code for the web services, so you just only need to do the excel add on code
When Load Button is clicked, it will call the web services, which I wrote, to retrieve data, create a new spreadsheet, display and layout data.
When Save Button is saved, it will put the changed data in SavingList and send SavingList to WebServices.
When Config Button is clicked, user can update the webservices URL

Task List:
Load
1. Create Load Button in Ribbon
2. Read Data from Web Services
• Column Information(Title, Field Name, IsLocked , Order)
• Get Data
3. Create a new spreadsheet
4. Display and layout data based on column information in new spreadsheet
5. Some columns will be read only\lock based on column information (IsLocked = true)
6. First row will be Field Names and which is allowing filter\sorting
Edit
1. If any cell is changed and dirty, change background color to yellow
Save
2. Create Save Button in Ribbon
3. Assign the changed data to SavingList and send SavingList back to web services
Config
1. update and Store the WebServices URL
