design of a back pressure valve - repost

To design a back pressure valve which holds 500psi of air pressure and opens at 50 psi of water pressure (Just the manufacturing calculations)
Brief description: this back pressure valve is use to seal a void while testing. This valve when fixed in the hanger performs 2 major roles.
1. Seals the pressure coming from the well (one end is not movable, so it acts as a sealing mechanism.
2. it is used while testing, ( the other end of the valve opens ,for allowing water to pass through it during testing, but does not allow water to come back ( single way check valve))
Manufacturing calculation:
All detailed calculation -----> material thickness, strength of materials, load calculations, calculations of water pressure required to open the valve and its relation with viscosity, elastomers calculation and spring calculation. (All these calculations to be done for the valve to hold 500 psi air pressure and open at 50 psi of water pressure) please note the material to be used is mild steel
