I am excellent in SMPS, LED drivers, power supplies design, solar Inverters, solar battery chargers and street lights using MPPT technology from few watts to KW range using Buck, Boost, and Buck -boost, Push Pull and H-bridge inverters. I have waste experience in LED drivers design using universal input range meeting all EMC, UL and environmental standards. Dear Valued Employer, My name is Martin Botsov and I am an engineering physicist with extensive experience in the field of circuit design, circuit prototyping and PCB design. As I understand from the project description you want a EL driver board to be designed. Basically, my solution uses two main blocks: a Power Supply and an EL Driver circuit. The Power Supply circuit block could incorporate in itself a number of sub-circuits depending on the project particular operational requirements. Now, as far as the soundproof requirement is concerned, I would suggest to use sound absorbing foam. And the rest - assembly, frequency attenuation, size etc., will depend on the enclosure in which the board is to be fitted. A silent EL driver is possible by selecting a resonant/oscillating circuit over 40KHz and discrete components that assist with the EL transducer drive. The challenge is to select a target cost that allows a solid solution with reliable components. It would be helpful to know what is the target cost for the Bill Of Materials, and the target reliability goals.
