Create Adsense friendly wordpress blog using youtube videos for humor website

I operate a keyword for a niche video humor website and I'm looking to put a new website on it. The site gets some decent Google traffic and I'm looking to make money off of it from Adsense. I need the website setup by someone who has experience creating adsense websites that get results. Meaning the goal should be to make me money WITHOUT violating any of Googles terms. You can get videos from youtube for the site to use. That's what I've been doing. But I want a way where I can make money from Adsense ads that get clicks. Please show me some samples you have done and if you have questions I can show you the page. I just need someone who can put ads in the right spots and create a site that makes money from adsense. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
