Creat simple desktop application to download Keyword volume data from adwords USING a paid API.

I want a script or software that I paste inside unlimited keywords and it gives me back the search volume data using a paid google adwords API. The bid includes everything to get a ready for work tool. Source code would be provided during work so I would be bale to brain storm with it as well. Detailed instructions: Features: Settings for the tool: (the regular adwords tool settings - go to google's tool if you like) Keyword match type - menu countires and territoriea - menu Languages - menu.
