Android App Developer - Sound Decibel Meter

Have you created a decibel meter app before?

I want to create a decibel meter app similar to this one ([url removed, login to view]) but create a new UI and integrate the Socialize toolbar ([url removed, login to view]) and the AdWhirl network ([url removed, login to view]) into it, copy and paste these codes. Instead of a meter and a needle I would like it to be a solid colored bar moving up and down as the noise increases or decreases. It will need a calibration and/or sensitivity function/bar.

I need this within about 5 - 7 days, so I need someone who can work full time on this first version. I need to get it into the Android marketplace as quick as possible. I have splash screen graphics and wireframes.

This is just the first version and will have a lot to add to it later and also an Apple version.
