Design and Possibly Manufacture Water Feature

Design engineering drawings and possibly manufacture the water feature consisting of a 2 mirrored rectangular copper containers with ~200 holes in different diameters (1/4'', 3/8'', 1/2'', 3/4'', 1'') randomly spread over the plane. The idea behind the water feature is to take supply of water from the outside pool, run the water to the top rectangular water container, flow the water through the clear plastic tubes down to the bottom container creating a waterfall visual effect without the water contact, to the pipe and back to the pool. The top and bottom 6''x3''x9' boxes to be manufactured of copper. I will then connect the top panel to the bottom panel through hundreds of water lines using clear plastic pipes. I am also looking forward to manufacture both copper boxes/plates, just let me know if you can do that as well, so I will notify you when I am ready to manufacture it.
