Cleaning Machine 2D Drawings Needed

After much confusion on bids we had to end our last posting and repost to clear this up, Ok we now want to start asking for 2D drawings only, We hope to find people that have the talent in understand mechanical components and can properly not only do the CAD but maybe help to design areas in need and develop drawings from basic drawings that are not proper and are not to scale so in short make proper drawings from not proper drawings. All drawings after completed will be our property only and not shared property. The project is to make changes to a 25 year old idea that currently has many design flaws. If you have experience in Rotary Unions that may help. After bidding starts we may send more details to the top 5 bids
