RC4560 is a low noise audio OP-AMP intended for Hi-Fi application. Your source audio is bandwidth limited and probably more noisier than any OP-AMPs noise floor. So I guess here an optimal design is necessary to balance between the BOM cost and performance. Ideally there should be master at the output with the individual gain pots. A visual indication could be handy adjusting the controls either in the form of LED Vu or just a clipping indicator. Designed with a bit of tolerance to The Rx/Tx switch over AUDIO STATIC Noise A monitoring headphone out jack can save the techs headache Power supply could be from USB too, if that is easier to handle a DC-DC boost converter will be within the $30 BOM budget and not cause any audible noise. Also it handles messy ground loops if the power is being provided by the radio transceiver battery. Can I have a more clear schematic to understand your analogue front end better.

I can process the signal to have the lowest noise as possible. I can design the mixer with 3 equalizer bands for channel and a stage to amplify individual channels if you want. I have many ideas on mind, if you want I can make 2 outputs (one of 3.5 mm (for headphones) and one of a plug 1/4" mono, or other what you want).
