I have designed digital sign for bus and trains both automated with GPS assistance and semi automated (sequential button press). now for display I have used LED dot matrix, If you want LCD android TV it is not a issue (display hardware build gone). Normally public bus/trains have specifications , do you have them? Or are you free to produce own specification?
