The project is to design a prime mover to drive the generator and make it work. This prime mover should be consist of stator coils and permanent magnets rotor that is connected with the generator in the same shaft. In order to start the generator the coils of the prime mover should be excited by a current supplied using a PCB controller circuit that controls the speed of the generator and the amount of current supplied to the prime mover. the out put voltage should be stored in a 12 V DC battery.

Hi, the problem looks is not difficult. If we understand correctly, we need to 12v battery connected to a Brushless motor that is attached to the shaft through the car generator. Get some output voltage and power. Output voltage should be 12v DC and stable. control voltage has to do PCB controller. The scheme can be developed. To the best out scheme, we need to know the generator power (or current output of the generator). it is necessary for selecting some elements of the scheme.
