Create/Format Word Template for Commercial Document

Hello I need to format a word document to use on a daily basis for commercial offers to clients. The document with the wished layout is already created but is not easily re used for other proposals. (Everytime I add a line/page/photo everything becomes out of place.) I need a document, that has a fixed template (title, photos, text box and font) that I can change easily for new proposals, without getting all messed up when adding something. The project is to take this word document and create a layout that: 1) Respects position of titles, font, photos and text boxes of the current version and have them fixed no matter what changes in the document (adding page, text, or excel table) 2) We can easily add a new page (by copying another from the previous one- CTRL+C) 3) Regarding the photos- they have to be at the same size/position. Also, if they are too heavy please edit them to make the file lighter. 4) The Font of the text boxes is Cabin. I managed to install it but whenever I turn off the pc, MS word does not assume it, and I need to install it again- So I would also need support with this. 5) This is urgent for the next 24/48 hours- decisive criteria.
