Assistant Editor Needed Urgently

WHO AM I – films urgently need assistant editors for capturing footage on Saturday 9th August 2014 in Bayswater. You will also be needed for Sunday if not completed on Saturday. The hours are 11:00am - 11:00pm (10:30am arrival) at £5.00 per hour. You will receive credit/reference for your work as an Assistant Editor and cash upon completion. We are looking for 4-10 people to complete this – experience is essential – preferably university students or equivalent. You must have the following: -Macbook with Final Cut Pro (and good knowledge of) -Video Camera able to play Mini-DV -Be able to connect the two (firewire/usb cable) -Your own hard drive – there are 100 hours of footage which will need to temporarily fit on your macbook, or you will need your own external hard drive. You will be editing a heart-warming, life affirming documentary about cowboys, love, music, poetry, lovable rogues and long suffering heroes; set in the foothills of the rocky mountains in Canada.
