Create .NET application named “Automated AP”

Project Description: Create .NET application named “Automated AP” (AAP) to interface with Accusoft FormSuite SDK and the Databuild construction program, for the express purpose of validating and inserting vendor invoices into the Databuild database. The AAP program will allow the user to import scanned or downloaded invoices into the system, and the Accusoft component will be used to read those invoices via the OCR process. The specific validation rules included in this document in the section titled Appendix A (below) with with minor modifications as detailed below: • This system will be created to work with SQL Server databases only. • In regard to logging into the Databuild system, ADL is responsible for interacting with Databuild to determine the correct methodology to be used when logging in. • Invoices will be input from a downloaded/saved file or from a scanner only. This system will not attempt to examine and retrieve attachments from an email item. • The AAP system will be created using the Accusoft Formsuite program.
