Hello - I am looking for an affordable dedicated server to start with. The website will be a business to business website that caters to the professional industries (Realtors, Brokers). The site is coded in PHP and uses a MySQL database. I will need a reliable email platform that can be used because the website consists of a lot of HTML email activity via scripts on the website. I estimate about 30,000 to 40,000 emails going out of the server per day to start. The emails will be about 5 - 6k each. The email platform will need to be multi-thread. So basically I need something that has enough bandwidth to handle this and enough space to handle the website files and database. The emails that will be going out are B2B flyers from Realtors who will be sending other Realtors in their area html property flyer information about property listings they have on the market.

Our lists are compiled from the MLS's and Realtor Associations. We also allow for Realtors and Buyers to opt-in ([url removed, login to view]) to receive flyers. Before going live in a new area and with a new Realtor list, we always send out an announcement allowing Realtors to opt-out right away. Within this announcement we give the receiver the option to opt out from all future emailings. This is the very first thing we cover in the announcement. You can view the announcement flyer from [url removed, login to view] and can view the services the site offers from [url removed, login to view]

I am looking for the most affordable solution to start with and the option to upgrade in the future. We comply with CAN-SPAM - all outgoing emails have opt out link and our address at the bottom. We need a company that can provide us with a managed dedicated server who won't shut us down for sending bulk email (30,000 to 40,000 per day). We need a dedicated, fully managed server with MySQL, Plesk, PHP, incoming and outgoing email capabilities, smtp mail.
