Data Entry - Attention to detail & proficient in English

We manage a large database of user-provided information which relates to names, addresses and contact details. Our existing website/software attempts to match the user-provided address with an address from the whitepages but this often fails or needs to be verified by a human. We need data entry clerks to check, change and fix information presented on-screen through our existing website and then submit the data through the form provided. Minimal typing is required, this is more validating and correcting information which could not be automatically fixed with our existing software. Ultimately we would like to employee someone on a ongoing casual basis at a rate of $2 - $3 per hour who is located either in the Philippines, Singapore or in Thailand and has an attention to detail, low mistake rate and is proficient in English.
