Answer a statistics question and generate the right probability calculation in excel

I have an estimate of the central limit and standard deviation (SD) of a physical phenomenon. The SD is specifically derived from a limited sample of 12 observations.
Using the 'NORMDIST' function in Excel, I have computed a probability of this phenomenon occurring, however it's obvious to me the derived probability is too 'peaked' in many instances. The normal distribution assumes the SD value is the population estimate when it is not.
Now the t-distribution is the obvious candidate (I could be wrong), but I'm not quite sure how to exactly create the same probability calculation as per the NORMDIST.
The 'NORMDIST' function gives the option of adding an 'x', a mean and an SD. The 'TDIST' function does not, it allows for an 'x', and degrees of freedom, which would be 11 in this case (n-1).
I basically want to use my sample derived SD projection, but have it rightfully treated as the sample SD, and I know 'NORMDIST' is not the right function to do that.
The calculation as I have currently is shown as below:
=((NORMDIST(999,-0.91,6.74,TRUE)-NORMDIST(0,-0.91,6.74,TRUE)))
= 44.6%
Now how I can achieve a probability derivation like this but duly considering the SD as a 12 observation sample, using a T-distribution?
