Administrative assistant

For our online store, we are looking for a communicative, reliable individual who is able to understand and execute tasks communicated by e-mail or whatsapp in a precise and responsible way. Basis tasks include: - keeping track of paid invoices and communicating discrepancies - adding remarks (like date of payment) to pdf invoices and printing them to our local printer - printing details about recurring transactions and overviews to our local printer (These tasks will need approximately half an hour every second or third day) If cooperation fits, following recurring tasks may be added - communication with customer (additional payments or payment reminders - basic german writing required, templates available) - keep administration in webshop-backend up-to-date - regular observation of competition pricing (data mining and data presentation in excel) - adjustment of pricing based on decisions made by me (in excel) - translation of all current (1000+) and regularly added products from german to english (english writing skills required) - weekly communication by phone (on our costs) with us about progress and tasks between 07:30 and 08:00 or 14:30 and 15:00 Central European Time. - ...
