Add Functions to Wordpress Site

Looking for a Wordpress Programmer. I am about to begin working on a new wordpress project which will be the creation of a properties / real estate sites, to rent and buy apartments / houses. The site will be based on this plugin: [login to view URL] Yet, there are 3 functions missing in this software, which I need a programmer for. 1. The main functionality missing is the possibility for visitors of the site to submit their own properties through a 3 page submission progress, which ends in a user-registration. 2. The possibility for users to then edit their submission and of course add more properties by becoming a realtor. 3. A *.xml import function, that allows realtors to import multiple properties at the same time, so major realtors don’t have to enter all their properties one at a time, but see a reminder that important fields are missing (if their are some missing) Please get in touch with me if you have any questions, let me know your budget wish, references are welcomed.
