I have done a project like this for rental equipment, tracking, invoicing, quotation, rental agreement which are stored by pdf to desired folders (depending on your computer) and are automatically attached to mail client with customers id already attached. In addition to this, there is a products database which we will now add maps to track the equipment's whereabouts.
