About the role As our Data Migration Assistant, you will support and enable the successful data migration from the current source system a new CRM. This will include the mapping, analysis, and cleansing of a current events database. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities • Improve data quality: - Monitor and merge duplicate contacts with accurate data - Ensure contacts are associated with their respective firm/company, standardise firm/company names and addresses and populate necessary data fields - Assist with data cleansing prioritisation by analysing data from predefined searches and making decisions based on these results in conjunction with understanding business - Assist with list coding to ensure that all contacts are grouped in to relevant categories - Assist with eliminating any irrelevant records
