Data Extraction

The objective of the project is to collect emails of academic and research staff like professors, lecturers, researchers, phd students, postdoctoral students,administrator, HR manager, recruiter and similar staff, and located on the websites of the given universities. The source of emails is webometrics website: [login to view URL] , where are located links to the ranking of universities in each country and inside of a given university the most often emails of academic and research staff can be found at the level of academic departments. So, you open a website of a given university and identify where are located the sublinks to academic department or schools or faculty or research centers and inside you will find emails. For each given group you collect emails to the separate groups (to Notepad files), in one column. Emails should be also cleaned, without any additional useless signs and comments. You collect it into 18 separate groups, so, you will do your report in 9 separate Notepad files for normal emails, and 9 separate groups for bosses emails. For example: Group1: professors, lecturers, researchers, phd students, postdoctoral students, postdoc and similar ONLY FROM the academic disciplines/departments of: Group1A: head of academic departments, deans, secretary of the dean, secretary of head of department, departamental administrator, HR manager, recruiter and similar ONLY FROM the academic disciplines/departments of: __________ DO NOT take any wrong emails: wrong emails are emails of any or similar: data managers, IT managers, IT security officer, Please find the content of 9 Notepad groups to which I want to collect those emails (18 groups = 9 normal groups, 9 bosses groups) _______________ 1. computer science, computer technology, informatics, computer engineering, electrical engineering, electronic engineering, software engineering, mathematics, mathematical sciences , logic, statistics, and similar 2. mechanical engineering, civil engineering, environmental engineering, architectural engineeerig, manufacturing engineering etc. 3. psychology, neuroscience, neurobiology and similar 4. physical sciences (physics, chemistry, astronomy , astrophysics , space sciences) , earth sciences - geoscience (including geology, geophysics, geography , geodesy, geochemistry, glacialogy, hydrology, meterology, mineralogy, oceanography, tectonics, volcanology and similar earth sciences/geosciences) and similar 5. education, arts, languages, English language, area studies, cultural studies education (including education, pedagogy, curriculum and instruction, counselor education, special education, teacher education, educational leadership, educational philosophy, educational psychology , languages (including languages, English languages, other languages, linguistics) area studies, cultural studies (including for example: Asian studies, European studies, American studies,..) and similar 6. business sciences (business, economics, marketing, accountancy, finance, strategy, management and similar). It is academic, and it is not support staff in finance or accountancy services for example.
