Knowledge of technical support issues related to Internet connectivity and PC troubleshooting experience a plus. Experience with Shopify, Trello, Zendesk, Facebook, Excel files & Ship Station preferred. Responsibilities Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly. Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: Sizing, Pricing, Order Status, Order Changes, Tracking updates and system troubleshooting. Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making. Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience. Responsible for compiling and generating reports as they relate to customer service issues. The customer service representative will provide information to customers in response to inquiries about products and services, in addition to assisting individuals interested in placing orders. The customer service representative will receive, document and resolve customer complaints. Pay Rate is $2 and HR

I have been a customer service agent for about 8 years. I am trained in the British, American and Austrian Accents so a Native American’s accent is easy. Besides, I have experience in various processes both technical and non-technical. In terms of technical experience, it is Tier 3 ATT ConnecTech support. This is a level of support nobody in technical backgrounds provides these days which covers everything that connects to the internet except hardware troubleshooting and this is a long list. Besides that, notably I have also worked with sales processes. In both of these ATT processes, I have been a process trainer and a voice and accent trainer. With the best agent and trainer awards, I have also gone through two different training certification programs, which means I'm the best at what I do - Customer Service!! If writing is involved, I'm an academic writer for very high quality articles for the past 2 years and writing for 4 years. I write some of the best articles to my clients. I've experience with e-commerce applications, handling payments, orders, shipping and various other tasks that a CSR manager would do.

Hello, I am interested. I am based in India. I am working virtually since long. I had worked for more then 1 year in customer support through email. I am always been interested in handling customer queries and make them happy keeping company policy in mind as much possible. Being honest, just one thing to mention here, I am not able to speak English. My English is good but verbally my accent and all that way, I don't prefer and I don't manage to do it.
