This is simply a copy/paste job. Initially there is around 3000-5000 emails where data needs to be copied from - exact amount of emails will be confirmed prior to Freelancer accepting the job. Attached is the work instructions.
Each email from which data is copied is worth $0.10AUD. So this initial job is worth $300-500AUD. If you want to bid below this price then I will obviously review your offer but at the end of the day the only thing that matters is accuracy.
This is a very easy job and the only reason we are paying this price is because 100% accuracy is demanded. On that basis random checks will be done and the following penalties will be incurred for errors
- more than 3 errors found = 10% of contract penalty
- more than 5 errors found = 20% of contract penalty
- more than 10 errors found = 40% of contract penalty
- more than 20 errors found = 100% of contract penalty
IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO ENSURE ACCURACY THEN DO APPLE FOR THIS JOB.
Note: this is an ongoing job and the freelancer who does the work initially will be asked to continue the work monthly. Right now we simply have a backlog of emails dating back to 2015 which is why there is so many but going forward we expect around 100-300 per month.

I can write an automation Software which will be able to parse and Copy the Text of email from that Backlog to your desired format. You can always add extra Functionalities. It will also be able to directly copy the Text from emails by just giving Email ID and password to it. Let me know if you are interested in this automation work.
