I have been working since 2007 related to fields like Customer Service, Telemarketing and Event Management.
I am proud to say that I am skilled and well knowledgeable on Microsoft Word, on Customer handling, Customer satisfaction, HR and Recruitment related duties, Quality Assurance and Telemarketing. I also have basic knowledge and background on Microsoft Excel and Power Point among others but I've been exposed to using different spreadsheets for storing information.
When I became a Quality Analyst, I didn’t have my supervisor with me on site so being the only Quality Analyst that was remotely supervised; I learned to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Recently, I finished Needs Analysis and Effective Time Management courses. Needs Analysis is the process of identifying training needs in an organization for the purpose of improving employee job performance while Effective Time Management taught me how to distinguish which tasks are important and urgent, important but not urgent, not important but urgent and not important and not urgent. With this, I am able to manage my time effectively.
